@HeartInternet guys, big problem. Your planning an outage on our VPS for 6 hours. Called & created sup ticket & no response. This is not ok.

@HeartInternet not often we tweet about bad service but today we're having grave problems with a VPS's & your support is awol #1504240037.

It would appear that my VPS is having issues, entire server is unreachable. @HeartInternet seems to be having "abnormal server performance"
