@HeartInternet Heart site gone down again so can't access portal. Emails still not working. No update or response to tickets. Beyond a joke.

@HeartInternet Still experiencing 503 error when trying to access customer portal. No system status update in over 4 hours now.

#heartinternet Now I can't even log into the customer area, to manage my sites that ARE working, let alone the sites that are still down. :(

@HeartInternet cannot even get to your site / customer portal to check tickets etc - 503 gateway error
