@graphiczweb @HeartInternet Got 1 website down but lots of email accounts not working. Cannot access customer portal either - also get a 503

@HeartInternet Hybrid Server on kvmhost110 not working. Not listed as having any problems. Sent customer service messages but no reply.

I do feel bad 4 the staff at @HeartInternet as I know that sick to the gut feeling u get when it gets this bad,heres hoping its sorted soon.
