@WestHost Thanks, did finally call support & got help. Probably better to do that than attempt chat. The migration to Cpanel is not easy.

Move to CPanel complicated :( RT @faberfoto @wingsofmercury @westhost are slow to respond to trouble tickets also-sites flakey all weekend.
