@Dirty8Kv2 It's Linux based. I'm using @Pingdom to monitor @Westhost after I did some work on improving my site load time recently.

.@WestHost Yeah, but you have to teach your senior techs to communicate more with the level 1 guys. A better info flow would be good.

@WestHost has frustrated beyond the utmost. I have been a customer for years, but their customer service has gone in the toilet.#ANGRY

#westhost is giving me bad customer service, but at least it's soon to be ex-customer
