@westhost Going on 6 hours of up and down with sl-507-3. Must admit, never had these problems before the merger and switch to CPANEL :-(

Customer support at westhost has really declined. Used to resolve tickets in hours, now in days... can never get a chat going.

@SteveZPhoto No! I recently switched from Westhost to Hostgator. Hoping for better service. Sounds like the same shiz as always! Ugh.
