@Rackspace Spent over 8 hours on hold over the past two days to get help and ZERO call back. You guys SUCK!!!

@greatquux @_blopa_ @alanbush @Rackspace I suspect we are more vulnerable to the problem because our TTL was short so more NS cached garbage

I have only seen one other tech disaster that neared the extent of @Rackspace's current email problems. Wow, what a mess!

OK, seems @Rackspace are going to compensate the misinformation. In fairness, not many hosts would do that without at least an angry letter.
