On & off phone with @Rackspace support all day. No luck. Site still not running. I apologize to the many customers who are having trouble.

Setting up an FTP user for Rackspace Cloud Sites is frustrating. Don't tell me a username is taken AFTER I filled out the Captcha words!

@siteleaf I'm having some trouble publishing to Rackspace Cloud Files. I input my Rackspace info, hit publish, and nothing happens.
