Twice in the last 2 days I had to hard reboot my rackspace server - need to know if it is Rackspace issue or with my arch linux

My site has been down since 11am this morning!! @Rackspace say it's an issue with the server my vps (cloud server) is hosted on.

@Rackspace It's more of an issue with your subsidiary JungleDisk. Needed help updating CC info, but no live person to talk to. #Frustrating

@rackspace problem using your new LBaaS; I didn't have source IP whitelisted in FW. Pls make sure those IPs are communicated in your docs.
