Heck, @Rackspace and @rackcloud don't even list #cloudsites on the front page of their site. Product looks dead (again)

@Rackspace I'm head of tech at @TheShadeStore and a bad db configuration killed us for 30 min this AM.

@Rackspace Nope, your DBA team got it resolved but it was a rough morning. Not a good way to start the day though.
