Do not use @mediatemple. Sites have been down for two full days now. Customers unhappy. And this isn't the first time.

@mediatemple the worst experience with you guys in the 8 years i've been a customer. unresponsive cloudtech support on site migration.

Ha! In the last 9 hours, the estimated response time to my @mediatemple support request has dropped from 20hrs to 18hrs & 1 minute. #fail
