@mediatemple Support has been a complete fail. Poor turnarounds. Misinterpretting requests. Really disappointed.

@mediatemple #sucks Trying to upgrade services is nightmare. All I want to do is pay you more money, don't make me jump through f'in hoops.

is very frustrated with MediaTemple, http is up and down on the gridservers, just waited 15 minutes on hold...grrrr....
