@mediatemple Having trouble with an WP error on a site you host. I've submitted a ticket to support but no response for several days.

@mediatemple and of course I am frustrated. My site was down for 3 hours when the automatic SSL install failed and now down 2+ hours today.

thanks @mediatemplehelp, but haven't had botched (paid) migration issues resolved yet. we're @mediatemple clients for a decade. frustrated
