@mediatemple Trying to update alternate email on main account and keep getting unhelpful ‘Error updating contact’. No clues why.

@mediatemple I got it, but it doesn't fix the problem. Have to know what postal code are you using for registration.

@mediatemple Ok thats the problem. My client only has access to the webmail page. The guy who looks after the account is uncontactable.
